This weekend, we hit the 60’s in Chicago. That’s right, 60 degrees in February. Of course, every single Chicago resident took this opportunity to head outside and enjoy the hint of Spring. I bounced on the opportunity to wear a skirt sans tights (it felt SO liberating, let me tell you). I’ve been wearing the hell out of this skirt this winter. I, of course, love the high waist – noticing a trend here? – but what I appreciate more is that it can be worn on a night out, to an important work meeting, and also out casually running errands during the day (as I did on this glorious afternoon).

I have been neglecting this adorable, vintage Oscar de la Renta silk scarf, so I decided to rock it as a headscarf. I’m trying to grow my hair out (hating the length right now, #thestruggleisreal), so anything I can plop in there to spice it up is a positive. Paired with my oversized Celine shades, I had a definite 70’s vibe going. This bag is another piece I haven’t worn in a while. I picked it up at a market in Rome a couple of years ago, and I find it so unique and cool. Never seen anything like it – kind of looks like a little pineapple.
