I can’t wait to get full access to my wardrobe again – this living in across two places thing isn’t working so well for me. With the weather feeling more like fall (outside of our 80 degree day this week – AMAZING), my apparel choices available at Leo’s are becoming slimmer by the day. Luckily, we’re making major progress at the house, with first coat of paint complete & floors almost done. I can’t wait to 1. MOVE IN and 2. share photos of the space we’ve put so much effort into. We’re getting closer & closer!
I went to get my hair colored last Saturday in the Gold Coast (I went darker for fall/winter – it’s barely noticeable in pics but it’s def darker!), and snuck in a brief shopping sesh at H&M. These stirrups happened, along with this dusty rose cropped knit. Stirrups are an interesting concept…they’re a bit odd, but I’ve always been a fan. I immediately gravitated towards these because the quality was impressive, and they fit like a glove.
I topped off the look with this beautiful wool bomber from new Chicago designer, Coat Check. I love being able to support local designers, and Coat Check has gorgeous pieces perfect for fall (I adore the car coat and the cropped jacket as well). All the coats are made in the USA – the story about how the brand started is really inspirational! I can’t wait to rock it over the next couple of months.
