In case I haven’t talked about it enough…I was in NYFW last weekend…and it was kind of amazing. You probably saw most of my outfits on Instagram (if you follow me – and if you don’t…let’s be friends!), and I featured a sneak peak of this one which was my all time fav of my NYFW looks.
I’ve been really into varsity sweaters as of late! I came across this gem at a vintage shop in Evanston a couple weeks back (I’m thinking about featuring my fav spots to shop vintage in Chicago – thoughts?!), and knew I hit the jackpot when I saw the Escada label inside. Sweater vests can be tricky because they’re a bit masculine, so I offset the boyishness with a feminine ruffle sleeve top and stirrup pants (my mom’s from the 80’s – I feel 10 lbs skinnier in these pants at all times). Bottom line – I need more varsity sweaters in my life! Below are a few I’ve been eyeing lately – they’re just too chic and cool to pass up.
