Annnnd…Spring is officially here! I felt like we were far far away from spring early last week, but things have taken a turn for the better. The weather warmed up a bit on Sunday, and we got some needed sunshine. Fingers crossed that it’s here to stay.
I don’t know what’s gotten into me lately, but I’ve got some major vintage feels. On Saturday afternoon, I hit up a local Salvation Army and found a few killer designer pieces for spring (currently at the cleaners, but don’t worry, I’ll be revealing these on the blog in the coming weeks!). There’s no better feeling than walking out with 7 amazing vintage pieces and your bill coming out to $90. What?! That is the cost of one knit at Zara. Amazing.
As I’m in the vintage spirit, I decided to kick off spring with a beautiful piece knit by my grandmother 40 years ago. My mom wore this cropped knit tank when she was 13 years old, just like I did here, with a white button down blouse. Funny how fashion works sometimes, huh? I adore the knit for its uniqueness & 70s vibes…it’s special in many ways. I wore it here with a pair of Levi’s and blush/nude loafers, but I can’t wait to wear it with a skirt & chunky heels in the summer. What are you doing to get the spring feels going?
