How to Crush Your Sweater Game This Spring

The letterman sweater is where it's at.

I saw JT on Tuesday night, and I literally have not stopped listening to Man of the Woods/stalking his Youtube channel, watching all of his Instagram stories. I’m a teeny bopper again…my 20 year love affair w/ JT. Sigh. #groupie.

ON ANOTHER NOTE…I have a little secret on how you can crush your sweater game this spring. We’ve already discussed how you can spruce up any old cardigan of yours, but this cardigan sweater has been my holy grail the last month (since my date of purchase, really). The letterman sweater is where it’s at…and you’re going to look chic as F wearing it.

Funny thing is, I get just as many complements from dudes on this sweater as I do women…maybe it takes them back to their high school years when they played varsity football. What I particularly love about it is that it says “Chris” (I mean, Chris/Christina, #SAME) and it’s from 1985. AND it still looks white?! Like, how did that happen? Seriously, best vintage find ever.

In terms of how to wear a letterman, the options are endless. I’ve already rocked it with the following:

A knit midi skirt, as I’ve done here!
Cropped, raw hem Levi jeans
With no tee underneath and slightly off one shoulder (if you’re feeling scandalous)
Over a slip dress with white sneakers
Denim shorts & a white tee
